Yes, stock shackles will work on this leaf spring. Would suggest new U bolts as the thickness will be more on this leaf spring compared to the factory spring.
Will these fit with the stock shackles are will I need to get a different kind? 2009 - 2014 F150 rear heavy duty leaf spring, 5(4/1) leaves, 2500 lbs capacity
