The 6/1 heavy duty leaf spring is going to be an inch thicker than the 4/1. With your current u bolts being 12" you'll want to order 13" long u bolts to accommodate the thicker spring pack.
2006 F250 and wanting to go from 5(4/1) spring to a 7(6/1) spring and need recommendation on length of Ubolt? 1999 - 2007 Ford Super Duty rear leaf spring, 7(6/1) leaves, 4400 lbs capacity.
5/8" Diameter with 12" of length currently.
