How much more will the 22-795 raise a K1500 over the stock 22-793 springs?

When comparing the 3/1 and 4/1 if both springs are brand new you'll get about 1-1/2" more height from the 22-795 due to the extra strength and a little thicker leaf spring pack. When replacing stock 3/1 springs that have been on the truck for 20+ years you'll see more height gain that that due to sag from the original leaf springs.
