There's less arch in the 3/1 compared to the 2/1 to keep both springs at the same ride height. The only one which will lift over stock ride height is the heavy duty 4/1 leaf spring.
Height 2015 - 2020 F150 rear leaf spring, 4(3/1) leaves, 1900 lbs capacity
I currently have a 3(2/1) spring. Will a 4(3/1) spring result in any height over stock?
