The 3 leaf heavy duty leaf springs will raise the front about 2" - 3" over stock ride height depending on what spring came on your SuperDuty from the factory.
Will it change the ride height 1999 - 2004 Ford Super Duty heavy duty front leaf spring, 3 leaves, 3950 lbs capacity
My original springs have only 2 leafs
