Yes, the factory shocks can accommodate up to 3" lift and still have travel so no issues with installing this heavy duty leaf spring.
Will this work with stock shocks due to the ~1 inch lift. 2000 - 2004 Nissan Xterra 6 cylinder heavy duty rear leaf spring, 4(3/1) leaf
