By going with the heavy duty 4/1 you'll gain a little over 2000 lbs spring capacity which sounds like a good fit for what you're doing.
I have a 1999 f150 with the 3 leaf springs. I want to tow a trailer 3400 lbs. and was thinking that the 4/1 2200 lb 1997 - 2003 Ford F150 Leaf Springs
