The 3/1 will sit about 1/2" higher than the 2/1 while the 4/1 will sit about 1-1/2" higher than the 2/1. This is from stock height at the wheel well.
For a 2000 Ranger with a: 3/2-1 What would be Rear ride Hight difference with a 4/3-1 or a 5/4-1 spring? Ranger
How much ride hight difference, if any, would I gain (under no load) with either of the two heavier springs ( 4/3-1 or 5/4-1 ) installed? The Trucks 3/2-1 spring are fine but the Truck Sags under Med. loads. I'm just wondering what the ride hight difference would be.
