Does it effect anything else, other than increase the capacity of the load limit?
Is there any tension elsewhere?
What else is necessary for a swap?

If you're coming from a lighter spring you can use this spring for more capacity. No extra tension anywhere but your ride will be a little firmer when going with something stronger. Would suggest new u bolts to accommodate the thicker leaf spring pack.
