The install kit has boots which makes the eyes the same width as OEM factory which is where the spring bolts up. Kit also comes with u bolts which fits this kit. Yes, this will replace the fiberglass system.
Fiberglass leaf spring is 3 1/2 inches wide. Will these 2 1/2 inch leaf springs fit. 1986 Chevy Astro Allegro. 1985 - 1995 Astro / Safari leaf springs to replace fiberglass. Sold as kit so order just one per vehicle
Length is same as your product. Also will I need any other conversion products to do this switch over.
