You'll get a little bit of lift because these are heavy duty leaf springs but only about an inch over stock height. If you want more height then you'll need to keep your block or purchase lifted leaf springs.
Do your leaf springs offer lift? I have a 96 dodge ram 2500 with factory block anting to just use leaf spring 1994 - 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 / 3500 rear leaf spring, 8 leaves, 4000 lbs capacity, 3" wide
