1964 Comet convertible is a little tricky because they used some of the 1963 springs. Since you're an 8 cylinder you should be okay as this was the 6 cylinder convertible which had the older springs on them. You should verify by measuring your leaf springs. Start with the width as these are 2-1/2" wide while the older springs were 2" wide. Next you'll want to measure from middle of front eye to center bolt and then center bolt to middle of rear eye following the arch of the leaf spring. This should be 22 x 33 so as long as those measurements match then these leaf springs will work for you.
