There are 3 bolts per side. 1 in the front eye, 1 in the rear eye and 1 in the shackle. The front eye uses a 5/8 x 4-1/2 bolt while the rear eye and shackle uses a 9/16 x 4-1/2 bolt. If you're replacing 1 leaf spring and want all the bolts you'd order one 5/8 x 4-1/2 bolt and two 9/16 x 4-1/2 bolts for a total of 3 bolts. If replacing both sides you'd want to double that number so two 5/8 x 4-1/2 bolts and four 9/16 x 4-1/2 bolts for a total of 6 bolts and that'll cover all of your bolts.
